do homework
go to sleep
repeat

I though college would be like high school
something that I could excel in easily
but my to do list is never empty
it feels like all I have is schoolwork
like I never have a break

college is nothing like I imagined
I'm barely scraping by
assignment after assignment
surviving is my goal
enjoyment isn't a given
maybe I'll like college in the future
but for now it's draining me of my energy
