Let’s say a robot wrote a love poem 2 a computer, what would it read/sound like--- My love 4 u is like a transistor--- No, my sister is symbiotic w/ u-o, no Yoko ono has nothing on u---o-o-o, no, Let’s start again & say what would appear on the page if a robot wrote a love poem to a computer--- Would it be high-tech, Grammerless w/ obscure syntax--- The human element erased, but what then of love--- I dream of u---autistic ally synestheasiastically desiring ur *********** but wait, there’s more! Let’s say a robot wrote a love poem 2 a computer, what would it read/sound like--- My love 4 u is like a transistor--- No, my sister is in symbiotic love w/ u-also, o, no--- My love 4 u is like my love 4 my sister Ilsa & every 8th can-can dancer dancing circles around the candles in the candelabra, Dracula---I wanna be ur snake--- I dream of u in the can Teenage boys do not sniff ******* That’s strictly a mid-thirties male thing--- if a robot wrote a love poem to a computer--- It would look the way I look @ u in my dreams---

Telephone Brain
On the futuristic cartoon the Jetsons They had phones with projections I thought it was so grand That in front of that screen they could stand And see who they where talking to What a wonderful thing to be able to do Now it is common place Our loved ones face Can travel through space It shrinks the miles that separate And I think that's just great Now we can Skype And all of that like We can take our phone And bring loved ones along as we roam It's almost like them being home And on and on we can drone Or our imagination we can flex And even have cyber *** I hope who created it was inspired By the thoughts they acquired By watching that simple cartoon Because it brought us all a little more attuned

The Jetsons Cartoon
You’re just a voice on the phone Flickering lights on a screen. I don’t mean to be mean But you’ve seen how upset And how lonely I get From missing you When you do that smile, That twist of your lip And I slip into wishing Pushing reality aside And wanting to reach Each time, greedily Into the phone And no longer be alone Missing you. And now, with Skype A new type of missing Has appeared in my world. Now the curl of your hair Is also down there Where I can see it and It’s grand to lust after it; To get to sit and dream Though it seems naughty Somehow ****** Since it is you What else can I do? It feels better than crying And trying to pretend That on this end Everything is fine. I don’t mean to whine.
