#coordination
Tell them it all starts with you
Tell them to step from basic
Tell them grounding is necessary
Tell them to plant one foot ahead of another
Tell them to choose peace, when peace and truth collides
Tell them to master humility, integrity and patience
Tell them to stay numb from all forms of extremities
Tell them to be open to learn, unlearn and relearn
Tell them everyone hold their own reality, different path
Tell them to handle another human heart responsibly
Tell them life is not a mere science, it's an art
Tell them as such, there's nothing to prove
Tell them to be vigilant to listen to the body
Tell them to take care of yourself in a firstplace
Tell them to make time to feed the soul
Tell them the answer is you
Tell them the truth!

In exam week, I sharpen my mind,
While my coordination stays… undefined.
Notes all neat, essays elite,
But walking downstairs? Immediate defeat.
My brain says focus, revise, don’t slip
My feet say “nah” and abandon ship.
Down the main stairs a dramatic dive,
Somehow still i academically strive
Gasps from the crowd, a moment of fame
My friend in tears, I’m laughing the same
"Are you okay?"
yeah, never been better,
Just sacrificed balance for a higher letter.
Pens? Organised. Thoughts? Precise.
But gravity and me? Not very nice.
So here’s the deal, I’ve made it clear.
Top of the class, but I’ll fall getting there

A trained martial artist knows how to move
because that is the way he's able to groove.
He often turns quickly and looks all around
then at times jumps or leaps off the ground.
Balanced and ready to show one his skill
by these movements he is able to thrill.
You can easily get captivated by his speed
which seems so very impressive indeed.
A swift block, ****** or kick he deploys
all the measures of self defense employs.
It's amazing what a disciplined life can do
as both the body and mind will benefit too.
