/// *Before 200 million years ago there was a single super continent, named the Pangea, and you have broken the Pangea into two parts, the Laurasia and the Gondwanaland by a single water body, called the Tethys Sea and we have seen, the first sign of the life on the beautiful black shale, the blue green Algae /// @ Musfiq us shaleheen*

To many people of the world, Africa is often seen Through a narrow lens, a filtered screen As a place of poverty, starvation and disease Of famine, drought, and misery But this is only one side of the story Most people say this out of ignorance, I’m sorry Africa is a land of great diversity Of vibrant cultures, of ancient traditions Of beauty, of art, of peace Yes, we have our challenges, it's true But we are a people of strength, of resilience, of hope From Algeria in the north, where ancient ruins abound To Zimbabwe in the south, where Victoria Falls resound Senegal is where the vibrant West African culture comes alive And in Seychelles, the archipelago's beaches and nature are a perfect vibe Sierra Leone has the beautiful beaches of Freetown While Egypt has the Pyramids and other awe-inspiring sculptures Mauritius is a paradise island, with virg*n beaches and luxury resorts From the rainforests of the Congo to the beaches of Cape Town From Bijilo Forest Park in the Gambia To the Kragga Kamma Game Reserve in South Africa From Ghana to Nigeria, who regularly argue over which country Makes the best Jollof, fufu and afrobeat But the bond is as close as Arnold Schwarzenegger and guns – big guns Look at Africa with a broader lens And behold, you find the flawlessly faultless The continent of countries, of tribes, of peoples Each with its own history, its own voice, its own dreams Its own richness of traditions, the diversity of their languages And the beauty of their cultures Let us dismiss the delusions Of a continent that is backward, primitive, and poor For Africa is a land of great potential Of food that is spicy, soulful and sweet Dance that is enthusiastic, energetic, and expressive Where the earth is rich with resources untold In doing so, we will break down the barriers And create a world that is truly inclusive For Africa is not a place of darkness But a place of light, of hope, of opportunity Africa is not a place of pity But a place of power and pride We are the children of a proud continent Where the sun rises and sets with a sizzling splendor Making it a place where every day is summer

Life as an island, there's such solitude Every syllable an echo The time is unknown when there is only you Everyone is an island Their own little world A canvas in which to paint A garden in which to grow. I always believed that my shores were untouchable Little boats enter inside the borders But that's as far as they ever go... Until one day You stood at the mast Took your lasso, pulled the rope And dragged me into your waters Built a bridge between islands. Formed a continent with your company.

I'm the one with the golden horn Speaking the truths of our forefathers buried under our feet Having died digging gold for the white man I believe I was born to teach Teach the Afrikan child of their history For to face your future You must embrace your past They labeled us the dark continent After they had forced us to dig up the glistening black coal beneath our homes Which covered our bare backs like the oil they were draining from under our homes Our homes they took us away from and ran to the ground To make way for their stone and steel castle We still work like slaves we once were To buy back our gold, silver, oil and souls They buried the idea of us being nothing but slaves so deep in our subconscious We have lost our conscience and fallen for their ways We see a fellow child of the soil as a nuisance when they are begging for scrapes of food and warm clothes They placed Afrika's offspring behind metal bars with the apes, hyenas, gazelles and watched from the distance with crocodile tears at the suffering "aborigines" Listen to the song in the wind Your ancestors are singing underneath the oceans they were thrown in Your forefathers are singing underneath the soil beneath your step Listen Child.

drowsy state of mind
Ever seen a list like this? Nothing in a name that's not in me. Want proof? According to you, I was so, so loose, I would have come undone. I'm floating now, aimless, as loose as I ever was in youth. Ever seen a list of names so long, you thought, what's so bad they must escape? Hear me now, I'm amalgamation. Reminder that you can change your mind as much as you like and not have to hide the rush of your wave from the water at large. You're in charge. And when the trolls come along, as they must, just trust the pull of your lungs to take a deep, deep breath all up inside. And say, "Yeah, it exists in others. It must be all up in me, too. Yeah, I **** them off, cause it exists in me at all -- But I'm just as much a piece of glass. Does your reflection off of me make you mad? Not much I can say to that." I'm Gnat.

He is a crazy but lad that yearns to raise a seance that resonates deeply in his heart where his past with a lariat are in his throes again yet he's ultimately commanded his dire inspiration in plaid that molasses is strewn in rope as his primary experience and desires catapult in spirit though with his lips of wine weep in blood but still by political lines why in heaven butters his bread and easily tie his stead again that weld his guile forthwith a tape where vespers have borne even law backing sustenance upon decree that rudder his existence along borders in trades
