I see my life through plexiglass Trying to bulletproof the past, Nostalgia? No, but I recall That rising up precedes the fall. But the films I watch inside my mind Are missing parts I cannot find So I fill the blanks with what I see, I fill it up with what I need. Now is it truth, or is it lie? I like to think that I am right, But I’m not the well-oiled machine I used to think I used to be.

Plexiglass
His heart had been broken many times in many ways, and it had never been set right before he put the cast on. She re-shattered it all so he could put it back together the right way this time, soldered with gold, and wrapped up in kevlar.

Bullet Proof
You look at us and see girls, Different heights and weights and hair colors and skin colors Different religions, different abilities, different passions But girls. Just girls. And that’s where you’re wrong. Because the girl on my left Holds a forest fire inside her chest And she can burn down this entire city with it. She can end the world and just keep burning And if you aren’t afraid, you should be. The girl on my right Is a hurricane that never ends Carrying you and your world away To make room for the future. You better Learn how to swim. In front of me stands a girl Of Kevlar, more bulletproof than any military invention And she is a defender, a fighter, taking bullets Meant for us and spitting them out with a smile. No assault rifle is going to get Through her. Behind me is a girl who is also A ticking bomb, waiting for just the perfect moment to go BOOM. She’s unpredictable and uncontrollable and undeniable And when she decides it’s over, It’s over. I see a girl who is a Whole star, casting light across our solar system And warming our hearts. She Holds enough power to end life as we know it But she holds us in a tight embrace of love and pride. Go ahead and try to **** a star; I bet you don’t know how to fight a nebula. There is another girl, a Wolf with her teeth bared. She snarls and growls and holds the line back And, fair warning, she’s tasted blood and she is Never going back. And me? I’m something old and ancient That can’t be seen, only felt, sometimes heard. A whisper in the dark of the woods, An unexpectedly cool breeze on a warm day. “Just girls,” they call us. But when they come for us, They realize just how wrong they were.

We wanted to be bulletproof MC's with M-16's and enough money to buy our freedom from the very same blocks we bragged about in our verses We weren't hypocrites, we were just literate in the language of loss We weren't rich, but we knew some people were and that they seemed to laugh a lot more often. I don't laugh all that often anymore.. I'm not sure when we forgot that we were giants

Bulletproof
I never claimed to be bulletproof, You see, you created this tiny wound that entered my heart, Blew the whole thing to hell, Then, as if in slow motion my world fell apart. I never claimed to be bulletproof I just hid the exit scar well.

Bulletproof
Zoom Clank That sound you hear When trying to cause fear And doubt Within me You threaten And tease Torturous And ****** Tremendously tactless Terror Zoom Clank It goes again What is that sound You're hearing You're fearing It's an omen of what's to come I have always been patient Can you say the same? Your patience is similar To how you love. It's fast, and burns bright A shooting star It felt so right But I realize You've done this all before The only difference is This time you have the ultimate weapon You have my daughter You will not be forgiven You will not be apologized too You are the embodiment of poison But beware My power has risen My future is clear Vast are my choices I am no longer scared Zoom That's a bullet fired by you Clank That's the bullet Striking true You fire your guns But I'm bulletproof

Bullet-proof vests Won't be able to contain The **** I have prepared For you and your ******* team Of roundabout ways And undue leave. Bullet-proof scars Aren't worth noting, Because I remember gladly, Clear and true, Just what I did To you. Bullet-proof hearts Are so clearly fake As destroying your life source Is as easy as destroying the plague.

bulletproof
I fingered apologies all down your back, as I kissed goodbyes into the crook of your neck. Bared my body bullet proof as I shielded you from my beautiful, I wanted you in this now, without fear of my leaving. So I made my mouth both release and distraction, knees holding me together , hands racing down then up, daring you to break our movements, begging you to forget my shortcomings, My ..." I can't stays" My ... "You will always be beautiful" My ... "I see you, but I am not yet ready" Pulsing hot, ready for whats next, Bodies banging bullet proof, hoping that I have driven you, into me, but away from my heart... As you whisper... "Take it in" "not just now" "take me in" "not just now" "Take me" ... And then I realized, I could never, Come down enough, Blow down enough, Bang our bodies bullet proof enough... To make you not love me... But, I am not falling. -Indigo Morrison
