Beneath the shadow of the Great Shepherd's staff, in the green lushness of Life's plateau, my spirit continues to laugh. Despite the dumbness of this sheep to His voice I've heeded. For God's Love is greater than deep and to His Principles, I've conceded. My life is filled with abundance beyond mortal imagination. Enjoying protection from circumstance came from obeying rules of His Holy Nation. From displaying a submissive behavior towards a God most divine, I'm covered with blessings from my Savior and reside in green meadows until Eternity's time.

Poem: Green Meadows
When you’re outside of Christ, you risk becoming a son… of disobedience; pride puffs itself up and empty words deceive. Without Salvation, no one raises hands in humility towards a loving God; there is no shelter, from His wrath. Records in Heaven above are meticulously kept; an impenitent heart will keep you far… away from eternity.

Poem: No Shelter
Too often, we overlook the awesome miracle of Life, that we’re given to enjoy; from His Book of assurances, we learn how we’re able to enter into the sacred space… of God. When we return to Him in prayer, we’ll understand His plans to prosper us; we’ll also have an ongoing thrill of being in His Presence!

Poem: Sacred Space
It’s disheartening to see Churches that churn out a bunch of souls… who don’t love people. Many of them don’t get along with other congregants; the harmony of Faith, is difficult to find at times, when most Churches tend to be more concerned about money; if souls are not having needs met, then breakthroughs… are probably not expected. If so-called Christians are not living victoriously, is it realistic, that they’ll gently nudge others… in His direction, being unaffected by The Word of God?

Poem: In His Direction?
As God works within my life, He provides me the desire and power to do what pleases Him; when emulating Jesus Christ, His Light shines outwardly… from me, naturally. Arm-in-arm with my Lord, I’m journeying on my path; others may not see, like or understand- what I’ve envisioned for myself; with His principles applied to my life, I’m poised to thrive in doing… what pleases Him!

Poem: What Pleases Him
Who are we, to doubt The Word of our God? Didn’t He measure out the Earth’s waters, within the palm of His hand? Didn’t He assess the eternal vastness of Heaven? Didn’t He calculate the amount of dust, set aside for Mankind? Are we stirred… by the beauty of our planet? Didn’t He tell us, that Heaven is His home or that the Earth is His footstool? Didn’t He give us a glimpse of His realm? Didn’t He weigh the mountains and offset them with valleys, hills, and ravines? Do we get the idea, that we’re to look up?

Poem: Measured
Why is there a tangible sense of fear, when it comes to an intimate Faith? Does our Lord and Savior evoke our defenses, when He wants to pull us, unto Himself? Our relationship with Him is contingent on our belief of His Word; knowing His view, on the topics that comprise our World, simplifies the method we should live for Him. Doesn’t our uniqueness, represent a flower from His garden… of Humanity?

Poem: Intimate Faith
What can be said, about how we conduct ourselves? Are we, now leading by example? Do actions reveal to others, that we can educate, cultivate and inspire people to be… more like Christ? Based on experience, you’ll see and perceive that you’re being watched by those around you. If you’re really enjoying yourself, with His Presence, know that the living dead desire signs of Life that can… elevate them too.

Poem: By Example?
With His Love, we can handle all things; He strengthens us and we possess a hope in Him. We can endure, in the power of His Name! Our Lord, Jesus, has reminded us to not delight in evil things; instead, we’re to persevere in all things. Let us honor, trust and praise Him! We’re to be in constant cheer… since He overcame this World! Therefore, let’s live as those, who are mighty and victorious, in His precious Name! Snares of our souls are broken; expose your doubts and repent of them! Nothing will separate us, from… His Love and Salvation; become more than a conqueror! We’re to press forward for His Kingdom, until His, mighty return!

Poem: Things and Things
Writing this poetry, can be a cathartic process; it allows me to explore… all that’s within me. By doing so, I am able, to uncover the inner finesse that He has placed inside me. Simultaneously, I am clearly pushed outside of my comfort level; between sharing my work, finding what’s in me and The Lamb’s expectation… of my heart, I find the experience of writing extremely humbling and satisfying. Hopefully, my poetry’s quality will improve, as I voice Love… from my human perspective.

Poem: All That’s Within Me
Without the Presence of Yahweh, we’re essentially nothing; we temporarily possess His breath and He rightfully expects us… to be productive. When His sway over us is evident, we produce actions… based in Love. The consistent and ongoing things we do, show the trustworthiness of our character. Can we deduce the trajectory of our ongoing maturation of our Faith? No; our arrogance of knowing would deter our path of humility! So we go… forward, transforming our lives… under God’s power!

Poem: Nothing
As I, approach the twilight of my existence, my days are akin to an evening shadow; I am withered, like the grass that’s overgrown. The plight of my humanity, is not new; further discussions can only reveal the severe vanity of self-wallowing in such mundane thoughts. The morning’s dew and dawn greets me, with great expectations; His latest batch of new mercies floods my soul. I’m filled with His contentment, as Death impatiently awaits… my eventual, earthly demise.

Poem: Evening Shadow
The glorious power of Christ’s crucifixion transcends… all thoughts of Human reasoning; for the slender portion of one drop of His blood provides Life Everlasting to any man, willing to humble himself, to ask for forgiveness and to confess his dependence on Yahweh. We’re not worthy of the continual flowing of His Mercy and Grace, without a relationship with Him! Selah! Everyday, each born-again child, that is filled with gratitude and thankfulness, should shout: Thank You, Lord, for my redemption and the wondrous gift of Salvation!

Poem: Slender Portion
How can I, look within myself, to discover the hidden dimensions of… my soul? Can unwanted, lasting affects of sin keep me forever blinded? Can my human aspirations of love, truth, beauty, joy and fulfillment be attained? An unrequited relationship with Yahweh strongly implies that His Light isn’t present, for others to see. So I must be aware of what He says about me; I’ve been made uniquely in His Image, an expression of His Love. If I can be stilled, won’t I find God and be swayed… by the reality of Him?

Poem: Hidden Dimensions
The importance of our proper attitude can’t be overstated; are we, blessed children or a sad bunch of spectral paupers, unable to see our identity in Christ? Do we understand, what it means to be… humbled? Are we, naively carrying our sins, to justify our sense of guilt? Are we willing to repent and turn away from our wickedness? Or do we prefer the soft silt of Death… to cover our bones?

Poem: Humbled?
Most everyone understands, the many cultures of human violence; even sadder, is the reluctant acceptance… of evil. Veils of darkness will hide the return of One, as a thief… in the night. Panic will erupt, as hands are raised in fear; people will be seeking answers, as concerns of peace and safety are gone. Missing Christians from around this World, will spark new debates; His Light may scare the hell of those… left behind; soon others will realize the implications of a mass exodus of believers and the crisis of Faith; they’ll have to reevaluate their weak positions regarding God. Can they now overcome sin? Clothes will be torn in anguish, as the pressure of Faith increases. Will some find comfort, knowing that may be killed for new Faith or will they remain steadfast… in their, ongoing lust for Man?

Poem: Thief
In Him, all things are held together; His desire is… for Life to get better! In Him, we’ve power to become His sons and daughters; He’ll encompass everyone, who comes before Him. In Him, many are made new; every soul can be redeemed, if wanting a heart that’s able to see. In Him, we can find joy and indescribable peace; accept and trust Him, to be permanently released from Life’s suffering.

Poem: In Him
Could it be, that the ineffectiveness of our prayers are directly linked to the poor motivations… of our hearts? Are we in pursuit of genuine holiness and a relationship, with The One, Who made the Heavens and the Earth? Can we overcome ourselves and rise up as His Children? Our Faith and Salvation, do not relate to our personal actions; we are saved by His Grace alone; the good works, we perform, are an outward sign of our love for Him. When will we see, that we’re nothing… without Him? When we strive, to understand, the truest purpose of prayer, our spiritual eyes are gradually opened before Him; then we can see… our identity in Christ!

Poem: Purpose of Prayer
God is most glorified in us, when we are most… satisfied in Him. Do we realize that our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus sets the standard for living? The practicality of real Faith demands Love’s action each and everyday; if we’re not giving of ourselves, then what are we really doing? Is humanity one race of people, of various skin tints? If we can begin, to see Life, using the eyes of Christ, then we’re on the lit path to… personal victory, while being an overcomer… of tiring strife.

Poem: Satisfied In Him
Can Christianity, be considered, to be an enigmatic Faith? Doesn’t one’s thoughts regarding obscurity, relate directly to one’s lack of personal understanding? How can a true view be obtained, without studying… The Word? Having Christ as one’s Light of Faith, real living develops with transparency; when His contentment and peace resides in one’s heart, a gentle atmosphere forms and soothes within the soul, reaffirming Faith.

Poem: An Enigmatic Faith?
Will the provocative implications of quantum entanglement, be the… underlying form of communication that’s invoked during our prayers to God? Do the unknown sounds and tones spoken in “tongues” unlock a power that enables the connection between us and God? Can we learn meaningful methodologies that… draw us, closer to Him? What non-local realms of Heaven, can be pierced… with our words? Can our spirits soar to their greatest heights, when our hearts genuinely burn… with the bright fire of Faith?!

Poem: Quantum Entanglement?
The Bible is replete with many cautionary tales, of real people, who have stumbled on their path of Faith; like us, their journey was fraught with unexpected woe. Momentary mental lapses remind us, of the need to capture detrimental desires and thoughts; when we go, anywhere without His Presence, we take foolish risks. Are priorities in alignment with His plan for our lives? Are we, now hoping to see, an escape from our accountability? We must stay steadfast in our Godly commitments and responsibilities; if we fail, how will The World see… that God is still relevant to Mankind?

Poem: Cautionary Tales
Many people are afraid of becoming Christians; the concept of caring, showing compassion, giving of one’s self and resources, or being simply vulnerable before others, can be… unnerving. We know, that trusting ourselves may be a risky proposition. That’s why we continually lean on His Strength, His Name, His Truth and His Word. We’re not operating alone; and we’re not meant… to do so. As we find Faith’s inner steel in His Salvation, it also provides the necessary footing for us to move forward. We’ve no real reason to fear the Darkness, for His Light pierces it easily, when we speak against it. Rise up; stand in Faith! Without Him, we’re technically nothing.

Poem: Vulnerable
If we’re not energized by Love, then our Faith will fall short of His expectations; our desire should be, to lovingly exhort… others to enter into His Kingdom. Enabling the lost to become saved, demonstrates your love for God and a genuine impartation, of wisdom from Him, into your spirit; with the peace of Christ, we are able to live with compassion and touch the heart of souls. He enables… us to live honorably, with absolute tranquility, as we divinely produce a lifetime of a supernatural, never -ending crop of Faith’s passion fruit.

Poem: Energized By Love
The stunted growth of the Church… is spiritually sad and reflects a continued inability of the Body to operate in unity; between poor leadership and overall ignorance, souls are miffed, left in a lurch of stagnant thinking. If we’re not led by His Spirit and we’re blindly conducting ourselves, without the mind of Christ, then what will we… really accomplish? If we are not in His Word, what is being taught? Fortunately, God is very patient; His Grace, Mercy and Consolation is freely given; we need to mature now; we need to get out of these spiritual hospital beds as soldiers. Do we expect to receive outpatient services… in Heaven for eternity?
