#ataraxia
In a quiet room, with light stretching to the edge, Softest ἀταραξία without a blurb in you I pledge The turbulent trouble agitates us all into an away Untroubled calm, inner peace meets us in a sway Deep in Epicurus Pyrrho--our very goal of living, You remain after the easing is complete--swiving, By the still water, let its beauty absence inside us, Nothing presses in a pull no demands gentle gus Dismissing all the drama, what resides in us true, The past loses its echo regret it's grip slow in you, Standing straight & clear, your thoughts at home, In the line, the fragments, brushes past us a dome A kind of calm only found when we settle & slide Into the unknown in us a whisper shouting a ride Disturb no fear, excess desire restless comparison, You don’t seem to need more enough shapely sun … less pressing against you, serenity in us unfold, That moment in the stars I swear I see you in gold.

In a Quiet Room
Do you know how ataraxia tastes? I change like places. Color and color the movement "I was sure that I was human", Thought the kaleidoscope. Can't be explained, I just am what i am like Dada. Ridicule won't bother the gypsy Would you like to hear turquoise? Life is beautiful. An unknown philosopher formed a rock band, Shortly after talking to Chance the Gardener. Visit me in a caravan, The quest starts in there, Too few enigmatic passengers. Originally written 3/30/11 Revised 10/21/14 (c) 2014 Brandon Antonio Smith
