#appropriation
Dedication to faith,
Hug my rosary.
Incense burns whilst you **********
You said I was devotary.
Worship in the bathroom,
Pervert in the mind.
We exist in this vacuum,
The faithful lead the blind.
You believe in the sacrament- sacrificed,
Transparent with your intentions.
Speak your mind, you’ve patronized- an acolyte,
Your word is divine intervention.
Practice Ramadan, you bake baklava,
Exile my words and make me believe.
You do in in His Name- Allah,
It’s all a persona, you deceive.
Dedication to faith,
Hug your rosary.
Now I mastuterbate,
And bruise your ovaries.
Wake up exposed,
You’re already on me.
So eager to pose,
Play me, marquee.
Feel guilt, you’ve done it yourself,
Broken the bones of Sainthood.
Leave alone- you’re too compelled,
By the force of the Brotherhood.
Walk beside the force of God,
You couldn’t keep your Father.
Dye it blonde,
Shield your eyes from the honor.
Disruption of faith,
You throw my rosary.
I lay next to you while you **********
Who said I was devotary?

I don't mind when white people wear
cat ears.
seifuku.
kimono.
kanji slapped on shirts.
(even if they don't know what it means)
Culture can be an aesthetic.
Just as long as they appreciate it,
We're friends.

It is not wrong to be white
and to have dreadlocks
Though,
you may look like a pleb
but you offend me not
Nor would it offend
a black rastafarian man
of a temperate manner
I don't know any women
with white skin and
straight hair that get offended
by afro-caribbean women
wearing a straight weave
You're all just too soft now,
you're all just pet peaves
Stop getting offended
on behalf of other people
that don't even take offence
Excuse me,
whilst I build a fence
around myself hombre
Not to keep me here
but to keep you at bay
Cultural appropriation
doesn't exist
Cultural misappropriation
doesn't exist
You're all just
champagne socialists
You should get over it
Yes, you mate
The one that thinks
he's above
everyone
and must decide what is
politically correct
and whose life matters
In the end all this is
is a series of cultural
exchanges and we're
all wading through ****
Face it.

I am a person of colour
Whose simple presence can cause outrage
they use their tongues as swords
and slay me with slurs
Whilst there are others who pretend to be my ally
but I can see their disgust in their eyes
their uneasiness in their smile
I am a person of colour
Whose beautiful traditional garments are cherry-picked
and woven into a disgusting replica
brandished on “Designer labels”
and mocked as exotic
I am a person of colour
Whose skin is secretly envied by them
they exhaust their expenses on tanning salons
and “bronzing” creams
Yet simultaneously they spit on my “darkness”
and promote their products with the so-called beauty of “lightness”
I am a person of colour
I shall not hide my anger at their ignorance
I shall wear my skin with pride
Because being a person of colour
No matter what I do or how I conform
They will never be satisfied
