#anaconda
An Anaconda,
captures it's prey, then eats it,
swallowing it whole.

Sleep on sleepless
mountains.
Then tongues should not
be white.
Sleep on the
bay of salt lake.
Fisherman's net and big fishes
should not distrube you.
Sleep again
on the opposite side
of a great mountain.
A super hero will
come having two wings.
The wings should have
hopes and new technology
also which
will kill a big
anaconda.

Lipgloss dripping candy lacquer aquamarine
Wrought silk enfolding shadows of her shoulders obscene
Drugstore ribbon laced her feet just as in my dream
She reduces me to liquid in an urban machine
On the asphalt a virile shellac.
Power like a thousand ships of industry steel
Columns fall to soldiers at the clack of her heel
Sirens’ polished poisoned fruit that drives one to ****
A Dahlia's vitality shunted and left to congeal
In that pool, then a wave of relief.

Galloping through the apparently calm meadows,
My springbok hoofs were touching the grass softly.
How I rejoice hopping in the air above the cool moisty grass,
Hopping feels so ecstatic after a cool shower on the rainy season.
Maybe it's in the rain now that I feel so addicted to, but then I stop,
And probably it's the Anaconda's coil that siphons up on me now.
