#allusive
*I sit in my chair studying the mirror- starring at the figures outside the square. Day by day the world changes outside your gates. May, June, and July dancing while they pass by. The birds singing to the morning bells- ringing a spell in the ears of farewells. The houses are filled with life- telling stories of family glories. The world is different through your eyes. I feel hidden from creation- not touched by fiction. Is this an illusion or is it just me being human? To many times, I have confessed my sins by your side. Too often, they are forgotten. Do you even notice the hand print stains upon your face? Or the blackened space were my tears have fallen? For even a priest will send me with lie, or release me with a goodbye. Your two sided eyes reflect your two sided mind. You show me a reality without the apple tree. You blind me with jewels and take me for a fool. No longer will I sit and stare at the underworld. For the flames may be there, but I rather taste it in the air.*

The Window
*What if, Life is counted in the sky, Or Humanity was meant for Goodbye's? What if, The sun and the moon did have a lullaby, And we separated the eye's? What if, Night and Day was taught how to pray? Would the earth be swayed by grace? What if, Our determination was devoted to His, Salvation?*

What If We Thought Differently?
*The waves pass by Watching the butterfly. The light rises over the flat earth Saying her vows. Columbus would be proud. The wind caring the ground's kiss, Salty and bitter on the lips. The saline taste of Adam's ale Inspiring a fairytale. Hell's floor Scattered among the shores, Hiding their corps. Apollyon counting the score From the spoils of war. The forms in the clouds Dancing for the crowds. Plato would bow. Humanity lost in it's beauty, Waiting for the Angel's duty To take them away from life's cruelty.*

Walking Among The Shores
*It stood on a throne, Made out of lime stone. It was clothed, In colorless gold. It wore a shadeless crown, Above its brow. Its heart was frozen- From winters night. Its soul was diced, by Jack Frost's knife. It stood alone, In its quite abyss. Dismissing my stare. Though it was free, It looked lost at sea. For, I waited to hear a plea, But it was silent as a willow tree. Time passed- And it started to bow To the brown earth beneath its feet, To the blue sky above its crown. Though, the journey was over, And the final Goodbyes were made. I could never forget the pride in its eyes, Or why it stood so still. For to this day, I question if I'll every discover, If the White Rose knew, Of its wonder?*
