You can choose hate You can choose love You chose to die a martyr You die with the enemy In this day And in this time You can beat me down You’ll never lay me down The voices that echo They travel from the past and into the future Sometimes love is not enough Against all the gods They will burn this world to ashes We will be together again This world will be at peace You chose hate- You are the enemy You chose love- You are the martyr Against all these odds The truth will set us free Just breathe Against all odds

Against All Odds
Lost Causes / (n) (plu): 1. Streets leading to dead-ends. 2. Children cursed shortly after birth by their fairy godmothers. 3. People diagnosed with last stage cancers. 4. Women you know are bad for your mental health and must chase nonetheless. Women, pretty, pretty women, with good hearts, and good intentions, and invariably bad decisions. Strong women who make you weak in the knees. Women with loud laughter who you know might make you cry for years afterward. Women, glowing, luminous women, leaving only darkness and silence in their wake. Lonely women looking for more loneliness. Women needing love and not believing in it. Women causing lost-ness. Lost-ness causing women.

Lost Causes
Dreams, Become as wings that will outshine my sadness Cutting through the cold darkness In this world where the wind blows like a knife Dreams, Be my armor and protect me through the night By protecting me from this cruel world Where despair and hope wear the same face Dreams, You have been shattered Pieces of you have been scattered My gentle chest aches, By the fragment of you that pierced me But I found joy with this pain For I have kept a part of you in my heart As long as I feel pain I will be happy For I will know that a fragment of you Still resides in my heart Those fragment of my wings that have scattered To different worlds maybe Worry not for I will destroy those walls That separates you and me I will make all the worlds as one So there will always be You and Me Then, Dreams, Become my wings that outshine my sadness Turn my loneliness to strength So that I could believe These tears, falling down still Shall be changed to smiles one day.
