It was early sunday morning
The sun was shining blazingly in the sky
As I saw you passing by
You gave me butterflies, I won’t lie
Your impeccable innate beauty and your courteous smile made me shy
After a while, by chance
We swapped a glance
I could neither think nor blink
But just wonder, how pretty you glimpsed in pink!

Me tracing your perfectly sculpted body
Your eyes shut
You came back with a new thong and shirt
Sliding back into bed
Scooting into me
I put my hands back on you, tracing the top of your bra
Feeling the lace on the tips of my fingers
Griping you
Pulling your bra down to your waist
Dragging my fingers up and down your curves
Making you squirm
Making my way down your back
Kissing your neck
Listening to you enjoy me
All I want is to make you feel loved
Loving you is the only way to start my sunday morning right

Golden rays fleeting through, letting the warmth seep into your bones,
White sheets against your bare skin, joyous chirps of young sparrows,
The aroma of sweet bitter coffee and burnt toast wafting through the crisp morning air.

(haikus)

eggs aren't done yet,
deep frying oil sizzles loud,
my eyes meet pale red,

i anxiously taste
Korean strawberries......but,
..........eagerly, i sniff,

home smells of....fried rice,
garlic...coffee...petrichor,
sweet scents...wafting 'round.

youTube plays
Moondance by Van Morrison
shoulders sway...fingers tap.

i glow...while singing
with Don Mclean's
Starry Starry Night.

strangers knock, looking for never-heards,
at six AM?
very extraordinary!

then guards
warn us of strangers,
a bit too late!

clatter of china says,
table's ready...
wait...
rain is pouring!

where're you,
Creedence Clearwater?
have you ever seen the rain?

gosh....the dogs again!
...chased away
both cat and kittens :-(

     (14 lines)

the table...now speaks loudly
of perfect sunny-side-ups
mushroom omelet with sliced sausages
there's toasted bread......fried rice,
and fried plantain bananas, too,
all steaming hot......the aroma
......of arabica........brewing...
the many unexpected moments
that keep popping out of the blue
create a palette of bright colors
and moods for this new day...
i await more of these "unexpecteds,"
this  flow of eclectic poetry
really knocks me off my feet :))

Gentle morning whispers about
Birds singing in harmony
Light traffic sounding from afar
Mood of the day unlike any other
Wake up to a cool breeze

The tone of the day is sombre
Almost feels like Christmas morning
Temporary calm about the day
Golden silence in the air
Before the troubles of our lives make it old

It's almost a perfect day
Mellow like classic jazz
Easy in every way
Tranquility in the atmosphere
No pressure, no rush, no fuss
Melancholy of the soul on hold for a day

The day goes briskly past
The whole world quiets down
People hidden in thier cocoons
Shielded from the world's ills for a time
Far from the madding crowd

A day for meditation and sober thought
A day of peace and serenity
Sunday unlike any other day you'll find
Wish we had more Sundays in a day
