OR DID THE JOURNEY MAKE YOU CRY
WERE YOU ABLE TO FIND THE WILL
AND GIVE IT ANOTHER TRY


DID YOU CLIMB MOUNTAINS OR
CROSS THE MIGHTY SEVEN SEAS
WHEN SUCCESS FINALLY FOUND YOU
DID IT BRING YOU TO YOUR KNEES


NOW YOU HAVE ACHIEVED YOUR DREAM
YOU MUST SET ANOTHER TASK
FOR IF YOU ARE  TO ALWAYS GROW
I WONT EVER GIVE UP
THIS YOU SHOULD ASK


DON'T EVER EVER GIVE UP

Chosen Child, crowned this night,
Whilst fireworks light the sky;
Take over please as ruler now
Before we elders die.

We leave you all this Planet and
Dark Universe beyond;
Your word will travel far and wide,
Like ripples on a pond.

Our generation tires now,
The baton we pass on;
Please take it and run swiftly, for
The human race ... goes on.

Guess the revelation didn't hit a great impact
The magic from studios and stages has lacked
Where else do these maniacs set a comeback?
Grieving minds, screaming throats, reality *****
Some live in dream world lurking from poverty
Some live in nightmares lusting for majesty
The floor bubbling out molten lava, real fiery
Man I tried crossing the mine-land boundary

Huge words cut slow, so thin sharp ones
Harsh titles are awarded to the wrong ones
So may be they're trying hard for ascensions
Bothered about being on the other side once
They might hold the flag, lift it high with pride
Furious in incursions they blindly decide
But the universal truth, every lies will collide
Sam, you've let vendettas root deep inside

Sometimes you have to take someone by the hand and run by their side, run and run, in circles, if need be-

We are starlings, taking wing together, a silhouette echoing in pieces through the sky-

Run and run, until they find their place
Knowing success only when you let go and they can fly on their own

TO BE A LEADER YOU MUST
LEAD FROM THE HEART
HAVE A COMMITMENT TO YOUR DREAM
AND HAVE CONVICTION FROM THE START


YOU MUST ALWAYS INSPIRE PEOPLE
AND BE THE STRENGTH IN YOUR TEAM
IF YOUR JOURNEY IS TOO STRAY
ALWAYS COME BACK TO YOUR DREAM


YOU MUST NEVER SWET THE SMALL STUFF
AND STAY FOCUSED ON YOUR TASK
BE TRUE TO ALL YOUR ANSWERS
IF QUESTIONS ARE EVER ASKED


NEVER SPEAK A WORD OF DOUBT
ALWAYS ENCOURAGE WITH YOUR WORDS
BUILD UP OTHER CHARACTERS
TO MAKE A BETTER WORLD


BUT THE ONE THING YOU MUST DO
IS ALWAYS BE TRUE TO YOURSELF
OR YOU WILL WIND UP JUST ANOTHER
BROKEN DREAM ON THE SHELF

How you feeling on the top?
Sharpening your tongue, for another fall out?
So, who to care about the mass now?
Who to cut fleshes by their mouths?

Pin it up on religions, once battled
No you don't want to know, who broke the promise
Who brought the message, who blazed the torch
Feed your own enemies with kindness, they taught
But you're dipping fingers in your own people's platters

Building crisis, rolling dices, conquering heights
Listen when the base breaks, you won't stay there
When their dreams scatter, you owe them
They can pull you down from this ladder

Today’s leaders are busy
