One two one two melatonin pieces will do
In my warm cocoon
A bumbling butterfly
Stumbling through the night
In search of warm dreams
Can't find them anywhere
No matter how hard I try to fall fast asleep
Johnny walker Jan 21
Sat at side of my wife Hospital bed sat holding her hand for last
Desperately trying to hide my tears hidden behind shaded glasses trying my best to comfort
through the final hours of life twenty she had been my wife gifted me a wonderful
Then slowly feeling the grip of her hand slipping away my darling was falling to endless sleep never to see her no
but hope she made It to where she heading the last time I saw my darling
Last moments of Helens Life
hope she made It to where she was heading the last time I saw
Johnny walker Dec 2018
My true love lies some where a long way from here, another life
perhaps I'll admit I like
to think that way about
then her passing doesn't seem quite as final maybe she made to where she was heading the last I
saw her alive I truly hope so
Hope Helen Made To Where She Was Heading The Last Time I Saw Her Alive
Johnny walker Nov 2018
I'm laying here thinking
of you, trying to find
something that I can do
retired now from work
there's simply nothing for
me to
,So I'll lay here and write
poems of you Helen, to
remember all In our lives
we did together, and  of  the
places we had been and of
all the loverly places we
But I'm lost and lonely here
without you now, to which there's
nothing I can do, so I guess I'll
live my dreams  through the
poems I write of
So farewell my darling my one
true friend Never again In this
life will I see but hope you got
to where you were heading the
last I saw you
I so hope Helen made It. Where she was heading when I last saw her alive Its leased
she deserved God bless her
Johnny walker Nov 2018
Hope my darling where
ever you are you sleep
well at night safe In those
dreams of our days we
had together as I do In
mine, ln dreams of you

I know you'd tell me to
find someone else but my
darling, there was only
you that how It will always
be, together forever
remember that what we
always told each other
Hope my Helen made It to where she was
Heading when last saw her Heaven bound

Some Red setters dogs are eating Jewish people
in England
But why, do call them off, they are british people,
The are hard working, Industrious, Entrepreneurs,
Professors, Doctors, Lawyers, Bankers, Entertainers
Scientists, Writers, eminent Surgeons, Artists, these
are nice Britons....stop the dogs, stop the dogs.....

Woof....woof....woof.....woof.....woof...woof woof

Some Red Setters dogs are eating and biting some
Labour MPs all over the country

But why, do call off the dogs, No! we have a list and this list,  highlighted the behaviour of a number of Left MPs, including Jess Phillips for telling Corbyn’s ally Diane Abbott to “*******”, John Woodcock for dismissing the party leader as a “******* disaster” and Tristram Hunt for describing Labour as “in the ****”
and all the other hard working Moderate MPs who dared protest at Anti-Semitic stance or supported the Jews .

Some Red Setters dogs are devouring some minor
Royal from Africa

But why, do call off the dogs. No that ****** has a big ****, he's
Charismatic, intelligent, wholesome, has good work ethics, polite,
wise, charming, generous, witty and a ****** good lover and to top it all he's Royal. Now that's ******* GREEDY, how much can a
******* man have. NO! he's a goner. He is too perfect, he must be hounded and persecuted to death.

Congratulations People, we have got rid of them all
we now have real democracy, we have a real society now
Get in the dogs ... And all you useless ******* people shut up!
And report to the Labor Camps 7:30a.m. tomorrow
You're Working Class and now you ****** have to work!
Chuka Umunna says Labour has become an institutionally racist organisation as evident from those MPs and members forced out of Labour under Jeremy Corbyn, and he urged the leader to “call off the dogs”.

The Disappearance Of The Flora & The Fauna

As usual I watch TV.
Not news but documentary.
“Care and Sustenance of Nature” theme, wherein I learn
The world’s downfall is not the climate, wars or other,
But the disappearance of the fauna, disappearance of the flora.
Population out of hand, we continue in our building,
Take the forests and its bounty.
Must we mutiny?

In the forests are the flora and the fauna:
Insects, mosses, mushrooms, herbs;
All dependent on the flora, all reliant on the fauna.

Population out of hand; swelling daily,
How to build for it more wisely?
Species dying out of hand,
We, the ostriches in sand,
Where lies duty, where lies blame?
Where lies power and restraint?
Who shall act with calm and tact?
I, you, we who lacked the facts?

T has plans to dig the Arctic.
There can be no Noah’s Ark. Bit bores and drills.
Do we need oil?
Fated to be hanging there somewhere in space,
Green, over-green, impure for sure?
Seen from up above, sun-blocked from war?
Submerged in water. What could be:
‘Hell on earth’ no more cliché but nature’s blithe reality.

Where are we heading?
John Nov 2017
I ceased to believe I exist
On a plane so devoid of bliss
For with every forthright step
And each grasp of reality I get
I sink like a ship, just a blip
On your radar, I've been hit
Mayday, mayday for someday
Maybe I will find myself able to stay
But, for now, I'm shuffling, stumbling
Through thick trees and weathering the rumbling
From the grazed grounds beneath me
The Sun, before me, merely setting
And I find myself wishing, wondering
Where it is I am actually heading.

If this was a poem,
Would you read it?

And if this was a song,
Would you sing it?

And if this was a paper map showing you how to get to Rancho Cucamonga, California,
Would you be inspired by it?

Or just put your joint down already?
I love to say "Rancho Cucamonga."
