Almost too much, a cursed grail
A heavy stone rolling down a hill
Almost too much when I fell down
Almost too much when I hit the ground
Almost too much when the she-bird sang
A sorrowful song sodden with pain
Almost too much, too much when I failed
A heavy stone rolling down a hill
Almost.

Devils are walking amongst us
And the only thing left to believe
Is to believe

We are here
Trading skeletons for skeletons
Trying to lighten the load
Because Hell doesn't wait for you to die
To bring you home

Sometimes we wonder
Are our moons for sale?
Are our moons in high demand
Or have they become surpluses?

While we prepare for our last meal
We take our shot at building our paradises
A little bubble, a little refuge
So fragile, so beautiful, so irrational
A gold-leafed imprint of a diamond

The moon belongs to everyone
Like the Sun, the day, and the night
And it's looking to play

If we must drink blood
Might as well pour it in the holy grail

Come and hop aboard my lifelong childhood cause
Before the swirl in the ocean, makes it come to a pause
It’s not at all, what it seems
I’m Just trying to fulfil my childhood dreams
Paddling up stream, to reach a sandy shore
Seeing distant island mirages, with no actual solid ocean floor
Time to get me off this windy sail, before its put up on eBay for sale
I’ll instead join a holy cause, that one day, might just find the holy grail.

Love, essence of life.
Kind, patient and innocent.
Quest for a pure heart.

so juxtaposed
I feel, I feel
concomitant
on a fulcrum
in a stasis
at the nadir
and the return
and I demur
A play on words, Pure lyrical content, good joo joo

Beautiful heart
A heart not to be worn on your sleeve
In search of Love in a pit of snakes
White rose among the scarlet
Only to be found once in a lifetime
Disappeared it has
Like a cat sleeping in a windowsill
A common site overlooked
It was always there
The vase in the window now is missing
The one with the golden heart
Locked away far from sight
Never again to grant the opportunity to be shattered
A beautiful heart
The holy grail
Shall be difficult to find

Every morning I
jump out of an airplane with
out a parachute:

Swallows Starlings and
Ancient Sparrows caress Me
through Mt. Everest,

Humming Magpie’s hang
on to my fingertips past
Burj Khalifa in Dubai.

Plummeting over
the lark’s meadow the loon’s lake
and today seems small.

Fifteen-thousand feet
holds the rebirth of rubber
band resiliency,

Chant with my feathers
now bound to tumbling shoulder
blades like holy fowl.

Destiny a grail
all-embracing imminent
possibilities.

Morning endures as
I ascend our reflecting clouds
“Today is the day”.

Marching across the lands looking for foes to impale
A show of brutality killing those who oppose my flail
I am Arthur, King of The Britons
And I seek the grail
