A pondering shadow, I see
The time I stop my travels
And settle down, for a glimpse
Of the inside world
The shadow is so tall, tall and dark
Its face, indiscernible
But its eyes, they look at me
With amazement, or pity
I cannot tell
I could never tell
So complicated
So distant
I am trying to understand you, Shadow,
Please, turn on the light, and let me in.

My old friend's back,
Giving me the worst thought.
If I give in tonight,
And didn't look for the light.
Just know that I was happy,
At some point in my life.
It'll be over soon.
I'll fly higher than the moon.

Waiting for a sunrise
Watching the horizon
The moon passes us by
And turns it’s back on me

I can feel it calling
That invisible place
The dark side that holds you
When you’re so far away

Words, they hold no meaning
Here, where the shadows fall
And the stars weep for us
As we all fade away

Down here, where every one
Of their voices cry out,
Pleading for another
Chance, to be whole again

Once before, The commander said "as vanguard, you hold the line"
Since then I've been afraid to be anything less than my strongest
Show anything less than my bravest face
But every soldier's shift ends one day, and in that moment of vulnerability
Is it okay if I just for once revert to the self I wish to be?
Is it okay if I just once am allowed to cry? To show the feelings I hide so well?
But before you know it day comes again whether you slept or not
And it's time to put on the brave face once again, and hold the line.

At night airplane
is just another star
in the tail of ursa minor.
Sky is striking
roots
what seems to be tree trunks
meanwhile
these shadows of those passers-by
drop into empty offices.

they fall through
bulletproof windows,
striped window blinds
in people's houses,
libraries,
high schools,
closed cinemas and kindergarten,
while heading home.

and those who have all disbelieved in God –
their shadows pray in churches.

And I’m assured that
mine
protects your sleep
despite me being frighten of
those visions
in this dark.
And I'm assured that my English can be full of mistakes, because it is even not my mother tongue. So please, if you will notice some  - write to me.

Deep dark night
Helpless, state

Miserable plight
Cool and bleak

Wintry landscape
Unknown faces

Cruel blow
Strange air

Poisonous water
Stinging earth

Strange paths
Motionless movements

Voiceless calls
Senseless imagery

Weeping cries
lyrical emotions

All jerks, activities
Noises, announcements

Agreements, decisions
Every deal and done

Heartless, motionless
Helpless state

Miserable plight
Voiceless calls

All with my pangs
Only calling You

Make the all norm
With the warm sun

Illuminating rays
Eliminate darkness

The Merciful Lord

Sitting outside and the birds are singing
The leaves are dancing in the wind
The sunlight is seeping in through the gaps in the leaves and casting speckled shadows along the pavement
And I know we’re all going to be okay

Light has a new meaning to us now
What did it mean before?
Think about that.
In these dark times all we have is light
And all we can do is let the light in

Light can be whatever you want it to be
But you have to accept it
Don’t let the darkness get to you
Whatever you do, don’t let the darkness get to you

I want you to embrace the light
Let the birds sing
Dance like the leaves dance
Feel the sunlight on your skin
And take comfort in knowing that every day brings forth new light
