For your future’s sake
Do you know what’s at stake?
I plead with all to awake
For holding
NO Bitcoin
Could be
An increasingly costly mistake

There’s a decision you can make
To choose a treasured keepsake
Rather than fiat, which will break
For holding
NO Bitcoin
Could be
An increasingly costly mistake

Avoid a coming heartache
With money true - rather than fake
Get some - for future’s sake
For holding
NO Bitcoin
Could be
An increasingly costly mistake

Everyone says
"Do whatever makes you happy"
Don't mention the cost of it though
You do not know the price until your choices
Come collect and tell you what you owe

In moments you don't realize
Consequences of what you do
Only after it's too late
You can see what would have been best for you

Some decisions too expensive
Until you get the bill you won't know
By then you can't go back and choose
Different directions to go

So bear in mind that every action
And mistake is a tattoo
No matter how costly our regrets
Every one we can never undo
An old one from 2017
Calliope Nov 2018
Holding people back is worse than being worthless, it’s costly.
They pay and pay and pay but why?
Why go into debt for me?
I can’t give you anything but these broken parts.
They aren’t beautifully tragic, they aren’t something that can be turned around.
They are just pathetic and sad and I’m a weight on your ankle.
How does it feel carrying 90 pounds plus the weight of the world?
Carrying the sky has crushed me and I threw that burden onto you too.
Congratulations for getting ****** in!
Was my siren melody too much for you?
I was sure they would of shoved the plugs into your ears.
My reputation precedes me.

A costly privilege at rare times
Inquired my dad, "How much the onions?"
The seller, with a gasp,
Replied: "It's for 55 Rupees a kilo,
And you're holding almost two times."
A humorous poem. A limerick.
