The stars were once so friendly,
dancing with the moon to radiate on each
satellite, plant, galaxy solar system
The stars were once so bright,
But that was before they saw a bitter life form
And they dimmed a little
They met the city lights, and saw they were
least important with such beauty,
A planet with stars of it's own,
which lead the stars to dim enough
But then the far away suns noticed
Hatred, and the beloved planets
not being taken care of,
water sources being drained,
Fake satellites being place all over,
The forbidden moon having
Earth's stolen elements stabbed into
Planets hid, and now
All the stars are all a dot to twinkle
Still holding onto that last piece of illumination
and lately, the moon seemed a little dimmer
How many times
How will you write
About a glorious light
It's mighty bright
When will you realize
it's worse off than you
Let me be when I stargaze
The sky will look back at me and reminiscence

Their heartbeat does not define love
Their eyes do not define love
Their smile does not define love
Their presence does not define love.

What does define love is
Their actions - do they dare to leave something just for you?
Their sacrifices - do they dare to take chances eventhough the chances of both of you to last is unpredictable?

Love is when you do anything in the moment although you could not control fate.
Love is when you take that leap of faith and risk something.
Love is when you feel it is worth it to let them take something from you.
Love is when you feel you want to spend the rest of your life with them.
This is a 17-year old interpretation of love.

My Beloved,

I wonder where you rest your head tonight
I wonder the warmth of your skin
I wonder if you laughed, or cried today
I wonder what your hope lies in

I wonder if you have talent, or wittiness, or charm
I wonder if you wish to have me tucked beneath your arm

I wonder where you are tonight and why you're not with me
But I know soon enough, My Love, together we will be
Love,
Your Love

As I lay down to sleep,
   I feel your head
as it begins settling
  against my knee.

Your body snuggles closer..
    and closer to my leg.

          As you relax,
     You become lighter
           and lighter.
.
    We begin to float
    Together...Gently
     Into our dreams

     Safe----Together
For my beloved Daisy Mae; she was as close to being human as a dog could be..and still be a dog.

No it's true
I'm not like the other girls.
We both know this isn't fate
But don't hate me
For pretending.

Let's take a walk
Or more of a run
An adventure without destination.
Follow me dear
You've got everything to fear
But accompany me
My beloved
To the fountain of youth

My allusions of grandure
They only reverse reality.
Like the smell after rain
Oh I can't get enough.
Enough of this spectacular illusion before me.

They say dreaming is a waist of time
But honestly
That couldn't be further from the truth.
How else I ask
Are we to escape this place
Only to face nothing but beauty

Now the time has come
To show me a world of splendor
Never again will I be numb.

Oh lover of mine it's done.
Iris peels back
three generous petals,
ample in exposure,
a gravitationally drawn
dress, *******,
with drops and folds, a downward-
opening, bares elegant anatomy,
stripped from the waist
of a lighter three petals, lifting,
inside, reflective,
reaching skywards, and naked
ribbed with natural frill,
raw with the colours of flower flesh
white tiger stripes
and purple veins,
curling towards the ground like tears
and lifting up like laughter,
with centered yellow streaks
that lead into the heart,
where another tri-petal formation
folds in on itself,
as if to contain some sacred secret
that is gently holding at her *****

    a trinity
    within a trinity
    within a trinity
    of beauty

her naked convolutions coil into
just the right amount of earthly space,
so perfectly held there in the air
with poised and dancing stillness,
the perfect allure
of a delicate goddess,
rooted in the ground
but living also
inside the I,
elevated by the gaze
into limitless imaginal expanse,
no mere flower, in relation

                she is
                an entrance
                into love
