Whether I admit it or not
My heart is still a bit broken
And somehow with those pieces
Of a first love long lost

And begun the new story

Has started to piece me back together
I may not be quite whole

2015 left me with some good advice...

life is not nice

life does not love
life is a ***** and she's tough!!!

I just pray 2016 has mercy on me,*

because I've had *enough

"Oh me? I'm the best at loving all the right people at all the wrong times."

Don't be so foolish to think you even belong anywhere.

If you were born to stay in one place, God would've made you a tree.

You'll realize that sometimes
it's easier to deny the pain you feel
rather than trying to face it,

but I hope you find enough
strength within yourself
to conquer it anyways,
before it tries to conquer you.
