Somewhere out there,
someone is watching the moon
thinking of you and smiling softly
with a twinkle in eyes and love in the heart.

You ever notice that
the stars spell your name wrong
Or how clouds never
sculpt your eyes right?
That birthmark you hide
from the world is gone
In this Moon's light

The sun never captures
your face as you wake
The wind merely
whispers your song
Nature is perfect
in almost every way
But she always gets you wrong

noelle
sinching my waist
smaller
and smaller
every week

i'm not skinny enough

and it never stops
i am never satisfied
when i look in the mirror

i will never be satisfied
if i can't see my ribs
piercing through my skin

Crow
we do not write poetry
we write mirrors
which are held up
to curious faces
who read
looking for their
own reflections
Bruises deep inside
And scars in prominence
Of inexpressible pain
With words struck within throat
Needs a rhyme of care
And a smile of words
to heal me ....from within!!
