nature is part
of an order
an order
is part of the universe...

how does
the universe
come about?

what is it
a part of?

When pain
hurts no longer
when wounds
don't matter

when the heart
has fallen over
when love departs
in rancour

when the flower
has lost its lustre
when time looks away
and the day is devoid of laughter

still no tears would I shed
nor would my spirit ever falter
the stoic that I am is unfazed
broken pieces I need not put together.

Money does pay every bill
also opens all gates
who said so?
Just ask Bill Gates!

The famous lion-hunter
    forgot to load his gun
    the king of beasts he did meet
    his life was quickly and deliciously done!

One bird to another:
    I can fly higher-
    it did succeed
    but courted the gun-fire!

In days to come
much of one's life
will be stripped away
while the new will thrive

in the healing
of hurts and wounds--many-
as the old self dies
with a strong grip on reality

the peeling off and rejection
of fancy and insecurity
lessons learnt and the heart hardened
shackles smashed and one is set free

in days to come
what would I be?
neither a hero or coward
my burden shed totally!

To inspire
I must learn
others to admire

Much of human nature
        is mercurial
        only a small percentage
        is rational
