If someday I got stuck,
Some rivers to be crossed,
I'll always keep on swimming,
To waves I shan't be lost.
It's been a while since I wrote one, keeping this one short and simple.
Keep on swimming.

Instead of shading poems grey,
Write "Happy" once a while,
There's nothing wrong if for today,
You made somebody smile.

I won't forget to mention those,
Appearing short of thought,
That just can't write a different prose,
Since "Love" is all they've got.
Got a bit tired of seeing all the same old heartbroken poems of how love is a lie and blah blah blah just stop

I slam the keys and shiver still,
They make me shake and break,
These keys they don't just make a sound,
It's memories they make.

Yet once a while I'll sit upright,
And play the keys so slow,
But this time there aren't memories,
It's just a concert show.

I tried to play a simple song,
a song until it breaks -
Imagining the melodies,
a broken piano makes.

I strike a note, it makes a noise,
a noise of deep despair -
I notice now the noise it makes,
a noise beyond repair.

But do not fear or cower here,
although the noise is strong -
it's just a simple melody,
a broken piano's song.
