Ale
The rolling grass tinges skin green,
Color that sets in your eyes,
And the dirt that came from heavy rain
Is the one that sets in mine.
The flowers bloom, touching hands,
Combining breaths, destined paths,
For the grass in soil, roots reach deep,
And soil keeps steady, approaching wind.
Our love is natural like grass and soil
i cannot
and will not
apologize
for loving him

i mean

you would never expect
the moon
to apologize
for being attracted
to the earth
but i can promise
i’ll never collide
with him at night

i’ll just keep orbiting
i've learned to let go
Before
i
Settle into a
Beautiful lie
i
Imagine
Holding on to see
YOU
In complex scenery
All is forgiven
And
i'll allow for you take back
Every word
Unspoken
i
am
Broken
Conversations
Wound around
Daydreams
Between my dreams and reality,
Lies the lens I peek through
And capture my illustrated story
I travel the back roads
Running to places I cannot return to
I am not lost
What is this life we live?
Why is life so fleeting?
All of ourselves we give.
Just to receive Life's beating.
For those who began at the top
Only grow higher.
But those who began at the the bottom
Sink deep into the mire.

What does it matter what we dream?
What does it matter what we aspire?
When all of it's for naught!
It shall burn in the coming fire.
Purpose?
Have you ever been so mentally exhausted it cripples you
Mentally cornered
With no way out
The blinders are thick
No choices remain
Your eyes burn from watching the same ridiculousness
Replaying itself to death
The horror of constant mondaine existence
Have you ever felt like this life is a joke?
Like the whole system is a joke?
Congratulations, you're woke
This mess is the world we live in
The stinch of hypocrisy
rules like a god
Self righteous judges clothed as sheep
Sitying on high horses pointing blood stained fingers of blame at the innocent.
Wandering mind
Wondering what's gone wrong with me
And try not to try
Swayed in the wind
Swayed by desire
Can't reach the moon up above
And I don't dare touch the fire
'Cause the trouble with wanting is I want you
The trouble with wanting is I want you
The trouble with wanting is I want you
And I want you all my life
Always on my mind
You're miles and miles away
But somehow you're close
If I can't have my cake
And eat it too
I guess the sound of your voice on my machine
Will just have to do
'Cause the trouble with wanting is I want you
The trouble with wanting is I want you
The trouble with wanting is I want you
And I want you all the time
And if you never come back
If you never call
I say I'll understand....
