Poems
Oct 2014
. gift .
taken a while, slowly,
slowly the things came,
collected for the box.
to say thank you.
i layed a leaf, a number,
ensuring it was not 13.
i would not have minded,
but she may.
the photograph fitted,
then she said she likes
rusted metal,
a piece from the boot dump
then. declared.
explained that at the
post office, to hope
it passes customs.
