A man is a sucker for good looks.
Just as much as a woman is for a man.
Chasing to be seen with them.

Falling for their charm.
Showing them off on your arms.
After being manipulated and used.
Then we pretend we are innocent like a child.
Except a child has an excuse.

As an adult, we simply like to act innocent.
When we simply only lost our minds to love.
Yes, a true sucker for love.

Acting innocent enough to call ourselves grown.
Because we can't admit we was wrong.

Oh, they used me.
But you gave them control.
Oh, they was wrong.
Another sweet swan song.
That many of us have read or listen too before.

Yes, a true sucker for love.

Once we wake up.
And realize the truth.
We adjust to the facts.
We should wear the tag fool.
