They don't come around too often,
maybe once about every thousand years,
but still,
they've been here forever,
& there's more of them around
than you think.

In fact, you've probably
rubbed elbows with at least one
at one time or another.
And maybe, you've heard one
flutter by invisible.
So perhaps sojourner,
you should stop & contemplate,
be nicer to strangers,
because life's way too short
to play mean ***** games
with people you don't know.
