And if perchance we do meet out on
The sunny avenue

Where the children play and play
With some pure dreams left lingering ....

And it is good

••

We all know wars are raging all around

••

Sitting in the caged cafés drinking coffees and wine

Dying subtlety

With visions of naked lovers
Polluting the mind

••

Are we ready ?

Are we here at all ?

It is not good

The children do not play any more

••

Our dreams are only of our dying

••

The children watch us hopefully

Waiting for that -- and the good times
To come

With the end of our ****** love

And the emerging of the true One
