Don't kid yourself, darling
You don't need me around
You don't want me
As more than just an acquaintance
Someone to cure you of your insecurities
And of your need to feel loved
Use me up
Squeeze me dry
I have nothing better to do
Than be used by you
But don't pretend
That I mean more
Don't act as if
You've fallen in love
Not a single soul
Would go for me
We both know that
And anybody can see
That you live your life
Perfectly fine without me
