Holes up there and holes down here, holes get everywhere,it's really queer.
Last night just as I feared a hole appeared in the ceiling,I had the feeling as I lay ragged on my bed, that if I turned this feeling on its head,
the hole would not lead into my place, down to my bed but upwards into outer space instead.
But bless our souls, out there in space it's full of holes and they're all black as coal, falling in I start to spin but end up where I would begin to start my journey falling in,
and as I feared it's all so weird, (physics, science) too much reliance put upon the calculations could be wrong,

Holes eat too,
one hole ate its way into the bottom of my shoe and there's nothing you can do if holes attack,
all I'll say is
watch your back.

Lots of holes and potholes too which fill with water, turn to ice and I being old have slipped and fallen once or twice,
I blame the government for all these holes, for taking polls and putting holes on electoral rolls, but what do I know, can't we have a pothole cull and where do holes go when they're full?

I fear that they just disappear.
