Transitioning

Work was a great community

So much has changed

New people in charge

Know nothing about loyalty

Bringing in their own

The old leaving choosing to retire

While the new wave takes over

Trying to understand the new

The old held so much more meaning

Learning to adjust with broken trust

Seniority means nothing

Focused on the work

Things are not the same

Hard to adapt after all the imposition

Spoke up to prevent the downfall

Many bad decisions have been made
