The true valentine
Valentine day when men rush to buy valentine cards and heart shaped boxes of chocolates .
I refuse to do that !
Flowers will wither and die and boxes of chocolates will be eaten .
I will give you something that will last you a lifetime .

I will comfort you when you are sad , support you in all your endeavors and dreams
I will be your friend , lover , companion , confidant.
When you are weak , I will give you strength
When you shed a tear , I will cry with you
When outside pressures get you down , I will always be around .
We will explore everything that God has given us
The sun , the sky , the stars ,the moon , and when it ends too soon , then we have the grass , the trees, the ocean , the rivers and streams - that could fill any dream .
I will pick fresh flowers for you on Valentines day and make you happy in every way .
I may not be able to give you diamonds, pearls, emeralds and other things
Just my love that my heart will bring .
Material things will come and go , that is something we all know , so I will give you a true valentine that will last throughout all time.
