Greatest fan

I saw your smile from miles away.

I guess life’s been kinder to you today.

To see you shine and laugh once more,

It warms my heart, yet leaves it sore.

For now, I’ll cheer from behind the scenes,

Your quiet fan, in the hush of dreams.
