Autumn

The wind feels so cold, autumn is nigh.

The night gives me shivers, as the memories flash by.

Feeling still haunts me, but it is going to be all right.

Slowly getting out of the darkness, seeing some rays of light.

Even if I stride just a little, this is my own pace.

Each step may be painful, but the path still awaits.

Wounds slowly heal, but the scar still lingers.
