On a moment notice our soldiers can be sent off to fight.
Brave warriors assigned to protect us.
I'm sure some are scared and that's understandable.
But when push comes to shove.
We've got the best of the best defending us.

Highly trained to defend the cause.
Many proud to wear their military uniforms.
Its not about any particular war that they represent.
They all are considered United States military veterans.

Some names we will never know.
Then there are some we know more than others.
Who do stand tall concerning their selected branches?

Honorable mention.
Honorable served.
American proud to represent America.

Even if many never receive a purple heart.
They have a medal from their citizens just for protecting us.
And that's the medal of love.

We salute all branches because in war there is no difference.
When your goal is to achieve the same out come.
