One day, I’m gonna grow wings
Let my body levitate
Watch the world beneath me blur
Turn to fog, to dust to rain
Kiss the sun and watch it fade
Let my body burst in flames
Fall into the black abyss
See the dark consume my brain
Watch the world i once called home
Burn to ashe, no love no foe
Hit the ground and run away
Escape the thoughts that take my soul
Let my heart beat once more
Before the dark consumes me whole

I wrote this when I was like 12 I think and recently rediscovered it and jst fixed some things like grammar mistakes and spelling.
