Dear Sunset
As the sun sets, the darkness lures.
The sudden gust of wind is telling the change of time.
But this beauty in front of my eyes, I truly can't resist.
That reddish color soothes my heart and feeds my soul.
I could gaze upon you the whole night, but I still appreciate the little time we have together.
My mind just bursts open,
And I can see a whole lot of new possibilities.
I feel peace and quiet, not only around me but also in my soul.
You indicate the end of the day,
But to me you indicate God's art.
Somehow when I look at you, I'm reminded of my lover.
Maybe it's because you both bring joy, peace and resilience to my soul.
I hope we have more days like this.
And maybe one of the days you'll get to meet my love bug.
