There are some concepts,
That are too big for our brains
Fermi understood this
Spaces too big to conceive
Numbers too big to count
Emptiness     that should not  be
Legends of liminal spaces,
unnaturally     empty:
a maze of vacant office rooms
disquieting things that just feel 'off'
the lore has been established.

Humanity has long dreaded
The uncanny valley of place
Because there is something
worse than finding monsters:

     Finding

        nothing
