You're as subtle as separate rooms in sitcoms.
Your conversations scatter like inhuman ****-bombs.

You're on your way to truth
and there's just no stopping you.
Save us the romantic, apologetic 'maybe.'
Save us the wrecking ball that we've raised like a baby.
There's just no stopping you.
I'm put out by the news.
Let's let the bias be the judge between me and you.

I'm as genuine as greeting cards on birthdays.
The only way to settle is to see how I play.
You sang your song and screamed during your recital.
You've soaked up many spills of plausible denial.

I can't stand the sight of you.
You're frightened by the truth.
I'm stifled by the way that no one is as weak you.
