I am at the bare limits
Of everything
Arriving home
Or losing it all

I have to bite
My own tongue again
To silence
Anyway

(an apology won't prevent
Hands from stretching
these sapphires in time)

It's "spilled" in past
But spill in both present
And future,
Hence they're the same
Only bridged by "will"

Fruitfuled
Only mirages
Spilling the words
From holed bag,
Grasp, cripply
only mirages

I knew these were
Nothing but mirages
As they unfurled beneath
Night sky

     ~grasp~

Put a mirror
Beside bed
