You just want somebody to find you fascinating
to wonder what you're thinking when you're not saying anything.
Someone to ask you how you're feeling after a long day full of therapy
and dinner with your dad.
Someone to care about the words, "I don't feel good."
To understand that you don't mean just a headache,
it began with your insides beginning to swell up.

To understand that the fullness, not from food
but from emotions becoming heavier than dumbells.
From feeling rocks in your chest sinking into your stomache
and taking you down.
Down to the deepest hole in the ground
illuminated-atmosphere
