i have called duke my best friend is he
everywhere i go duke is there with be
loves it down the beach on a sunny day
with his little ball he just loves to play

throws it the air stops it with his paw
brings it back to me to throw again once more
running in the water going swimming in the sea
i just love to watch him brings a smile to me

then when we go home he gets his little treat
lots of doggy biscuits mixed up in some meat
then he comes to me sits down by my side
