Sometimes I wish I knew
how to break through.

In the moment I become frozen,
wishing to put the wheels in motion.

Crumbling under heavy shoulders,
some days it feels like Iā€™m moving a boulder.

On these days I spend time with me,
I do not mean to be an absentee

I listen to my body and mind,
slow down and take a moment to unwind.
