im a travellin man im always on the roam
my guitar and me no where to call home
move from town to town play a tune or two
try to earn a dollar help to see me through.

playing in the bars every here and there
always on the move playing every where
playing country songs for some company
like a tumble **** rolling wild and free.

i just drift along no where i call home
i just keep on travelling i just love to roam
never settle down roaming town to town
from the early morning till the sun goes down.

travelling all around my guitar and me
rolling like the tumbleweed rolling wild and free
wakes my heart and soul sets my spirit free
with my roaming ways there inside of me
