Hard up on Easy Street
that's when your stomach
bounces off your feet
and your hand is out for a
hand out or a leg up,

usually
it's a cup of tea off
the Hare Krishna crew
at Lincoln's Inn
and you take it gladly,

no one stands on ceremony
ever mindful of ones shoe leather
the weather and whether or not
you've got a *** to **** in.
