Drowning in sorrow, I walk with a cane , it's real complicated but I'll try to explain. When I was a child, the masks that were worn were there to protect me since the day I was born. I had a mother and a father you see, but that didn't stop the beatings on me. I had nobody, I had not one friend, in school I was bullied and harassed without end. I prayed to Jesus but he never came, my teachers ignored me they added to my shame. This is my story. I tell it with care, why did this happen? why is life so unfair? There are other children whom have it harder than me, they hope for redemption, and a chance to be free. Now I am older, and so blessed to be, now I have friends who share their love and it's free, no more beatings but I still wear a mask, ill take it off if politely you ask.
