I’ve a lot go on throughout my lifetime.
But I’ll always remember my momma’s wind chimes.
The chimes were always hung where the light shines.
It is above my deck; hung the right size.
My momma always knew what to use the chimes for,
for there it held my families core.
The chimes were meant to hold my family together,
as we shall love each other forever.
My family may not always be so clever,
but in fact, we always stick together.
For those wind chimes, have helped my family through easy and hard,
so we will never be scarred.
We’ve always had a bonfire in our backyard,
to celebrate the times that were always hard.
I’d hope to see those chimes never come down,
I’d feel like my family had lost their crown.
Those chimes mean the world to me,
I will never let them be.
The chimes of the house shall always be hung,
to rise above the old and the young.
The chimes have always been a certain color ,
to represent our love for each other.
The chimes have no meaning to many others,
but to us it has all these great wonders.
On the wind chime, it may not mean love,
but to me the chime means all of the above.
Happiness, joyful, laughter, and care,
the wind chime is still hung high in the air.
Now that wind starts to blow,
the wind chime spins and spreads love below.
The wind chime holds my family together,
As we will always love each other forever.
