Oh, can’t I get you out of my head?

Your eyes, those dazzling eyes

They locked my gaze

and made me stare

into the depths of pool

of your beauteous, almond eyes.

Or was it your smile?

Looking at those pink lips ,

reminded me of rose petals

pressed to mine.

It was definitely your touch,

Your gentle and sweet touch

to my cheek

as you drew me closer

to your lips.

But I shied away,

never let you get too close,

Is it why you left me?

I don’t see if I’ll ever get an answer ,

But what I felt is

You took my heart that day,

And I have no intention of having it back.
