Sunny days are what I preferred
I soaked up the lustrous light on my skin
I awoke in hopes for a new day
As I lived for the sun.

Rainy days are now what I prefer,
I unravel my ample and variegated leaves to soak up every drop
The skys gloomy but so familiar
because now I die for the rain.
where is the balance?
