You and I,
Under the moon,
Bright and glowing,
Happy for us.
I could not see the stars,
For you held them in your eyes.
Silence,
Except for the racing of my heartbeats,
Then you smiled,
As if a rose had just blossomed,
The moon danced in and out of the clouds.
I held out my arms for a dance,
You came into them,
I knew I had found my life,
You.
