Into the dark sky,
I can see far,
To the birds that fly,
To the twinkling stars,
To burning Venus,
To freezing mars,
Then I'm back,
In my car,
Flipped and drunk,
And full of scars,
In the ditch,
Off the tar,
Wet cement didn't,
Get me very far,
Dissociated loon,
Gazing at stars.
